3. What are your available dates for sessions?  

   Sessions must be scheduled at least five (5) weeks from the date the agreement is signed. I’ll work with you to find dates that fit your needs.

4. Can we choose a specific time for our session?  

   Yes, you can choose a specific time for the session, subject to availability in my schedule.

5. Do you have any recommendations for locations?  

   My first recommendation is always to hold the session at your facility; however, I can also recommend suitable locations based on your preferences.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

7. How far in advance should we book our session?  

   I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date within the 5 to 6 week scheduling window.

8. Are deposits required to secure a date?  

   Yes, I kindly request that payments for portrait packages be made to your organization upfront, prior to the scheduled session. The total amount will be calculated based on the profit-sharing structure outlined in the fundraiser agreement for collected orders. Payments can be remitted via Zelle or PayPal, following the payment plan specified in the agreement.

9. Can we change our session date after booking?  

   Absolutely! If you need to change the date, just contact me as soon as possible, and we can discuss rescheduling.

10. What happens if it rains on the day of our session?  

    If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll work to reschedule if possible.

Pricing and Payment

11. What are your rates for photo sessions?  

    My packages are currently priced as follows:  

  • Premium Package: $80

  • Complete Package: $60  

  • Basic Package: $50

12. Do you offer additional prints?  

    Yes, I provide various portrait packages and additional print options to maximize your fundraising potential.

13. Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?  

    Additional prints and digital files can be purchased separately, starting at $3 for four wallet-sized prints.

14. What forms of payment do you accept?  

    Supporters will pay your organization upfront, and you will remit payment to me based on our agreed-upon profit share and remittance plan outlined in the fundraiser agreement.

15. Is there a payment plan available?  

    Payments are collected upfront for sessions, and remittance to me will occur prior to the session.

16. Do you charge for travel outside your local area?  

    Travel fees may apply if the location is outside the agreed-upon area.

17. Are there fees for additional edits or prints?  

    Yes, additional print options are available for purchase with portrait packages.

18. Can we pay in cash?  

    Payments can be made to your organization in any currency you choose to accept; however, we only accept remittance via Zelle or PayPal to ensure legal transparency.

19. When is payment due?  

    Payment is due upfront at the time of ordering a portrait package.

20. Do you offer gift cards?  

    Gift cards are not currently available, but you can purchase sessions directly for others.

Session Details

21. How long does a typical photo session last?  

    Each individual portrait takes about 3-5 minutes to capture. The overall session typically lasts between 4-6 hours, depending on the number of packages sold.

22. What should our participants wear for the photo session?  

    I recommend that individuals taking their portraits choose outfits that reflect their personality or service. Solid colors typically work best for portraits, enhancing the overall image.

23. Can participants bring props to the session?  

    Yes, I encourage participants to bring props that tell their personal stories or reflect their service.

24. How many photos will we receive?  

    The number of photos varies by package but generally includes multiple prints in color as well as black and white.

25. When can we expect to see our photos?  

    Participants can expect the photos to be available within 4-6 weeks after the session.

26. Will we have the rights to the photos?  

    Participants will receive a personal use license, allowing them to share and print the photos.

27. How are the photos delivered?  

    Photos will be delivered via first-class mail to ensure secure and prompt delivery to your facility.

28. Do you provide makeup or styling services?  

    I do not provide these services, but I can recommend local professionals if needed.

29. Can we request specific poses or styles?  

    Yes, I encourage you to share your ideas so we can create a meaningful experience.

30. What should we do if participants are nervous about being photographed?  

    I create a comfortable environment and guide participants through poses to help them relax.

Editing and Retouching

31. Do you offer retouching services?  

    Yes, basic retouching is included in all packages to ensure the portraits look their best.

32. How long does the editing process take?  

    Editing typically takes between 2-4 weeks after the session.

33. Can we request specific edits?  

    Yes, you can request specific edits, and I will do my best to accommodate them.

    Standard color correction is included with all images, and additional adjustments can be made upon request.
